Villa Murero is a charming holiday villa located in the north of Mallorca, in a quiet area of the municipality of Santa Margalida, near Son Serra de Marina, Artà and the Colònia de Sant Pere.
With 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people, it is ideal for families or groups seeking tranquillity, privacy and comfort near the sea. The house, built with natural Mallorcan stone, retains the traditional charm of the island and offers spacious and functional spaces to enjoy a relaxed holiday.
The property is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious open-plan area with kitchen, lounge and dining room, as well as two bathrooms, one interior and one exterior, very practical for the swimming pool area. On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms with air conditioning and a complete bathroom with bathtub.
Outside, the villa features a private swimming pool, lawn area, terrace with hammocks, barbecue and table tennis table, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate with family or friends.
The beach is about 3 km away and it is possible to reach it on foot via a pleasant rural route towards Son Serra de Marina, passing through the Rancho Grande area and Son Real. Furthermore, the villa is just a few minutes' drive from some of the best beaches on the north coast of Mallorca and about 45 minutes from Palma airport.
