Description
PUTXET D'EN ROBI is a rustic estate in Sineu, in an environment surrounded by nature and pure air. It is an ideal villa to enjoy holidays in Mallorca with its fantastic swimming pool, terrace with all its amenities and with panoramic views of the Sineu valley.
We will find the stone house in front of the pool, with an ideal porch to enjoy the best family meals.
The interior is decorated and furnished with a Mallorcan rustic style that does not leave behind comfort. Inside we will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room.
The house with its 3 bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people. It has two rooms with two single beds each, plus a third bedroom with a double bed. In Fangar we also have an extra sofa bed with capacity for 2.
Of course the property has available parking space.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- 💡 Important note about electricity consumption:
Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price. A charge of 0.35 Eur/kwh will be applied for electricity consumption, which will be paid at the end of the stay.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.
- In Mallorca, especially in rural areas or near nature, the presence of insects such as mosquitoes, ants or wasps is common. This is a natural and common phenomenon on the island.
