Sa Marina is a picturesque beach, charming and quiet, a magical place where time stands still when on holiday. La Calma is a semi-detached villa which has been completely reformed with the best materials. The interior has that Mediterranean feel where the colour scheme is white and blue and the furniture is elegant and functional. The main feature of the house is the large terrace overlooking the beach with excellent views of the sea and bay. It has an outdoor dining area and coffee and reading nook. The other plus is the Majorcan interior patio with a contemporary edge with a second outdoor dining area and fantastic chill-out area.
The living and dining area is also great: open to the terrace and sea with panoramic views, it has a charming TV area with comfy sofas, designer dining table, and at the back is the kitchen: designer furniture and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances.
La Calma has three elegant, light, spacious and comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with a big double bed (180 x 200cm) with access to the terrace; the second room has a 150 x 200cm double bed with access to the interior patio, and a twin bed room with two 90 x 200cm beds. The three bedrooms share two complete designer bathrooms, each with their own large showers. Romaní is definitely a holiday home with charm, the ideal option to escape to the beach with your partner, family, or a group of friends.
