Located just 4 metres from the charming "La Cabaña Restaurant", you will have the convenience of savouring delicious dishes without going too far. Additionally, the exciting water park "Hidropark Alcúdia" is just 2 km away, perfect for a day of family fun. If you prefer the beach, the beautiful "Alcudia Port Beach" is 3 km away, where you can enjoy the sun and sand.
The house has all the amenities you need: a fully equipped independent kitchen with an electric cooker, fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher, so you can prepare your favourite meals. Relax in the garden or on the terrace, or take a dip in the private pool. You will also have access to Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating so you feel at home at any time of the year.
With an outdoor car park and a strategic location, you'll be a short journey away from supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. Don't forget to explore the Albufera Natural Park and the Alcanada golf course, both just 7 km away!
