The other three rooms do not have their own air conditioning, but benefit from the air conditioning system in the living room and kitchen, which effectively heat and cool the entire rest area.
The spacious living room has two comfortable sofas, a couple of armchairs and air conditioning, ideal for resting even on the hottest days. The kitchen, fully equipped with essential appliances, also has air conditioning that helps maintain a pleasant temperature in the home.
In the exterior you will find a beautiful garden with furniture, outdoor dining area and a wonderful private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, all of this with the sea as a backdrop.
