Welcome to Casa XIM, a cosy and bright terraced house of 273 m² total surface area, located in one of the most privileged areas of northern Mallorca, in Alcúdia, just a few steps from the sea and the charming old town.
The property has capacity for 6 people and includes:
3 double bedrooms distributed in a functional way to guarantee the rest of all guests
2 complete bathrooms: one with a shower and another with a bathtub
Independent electric kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and everything necessary to prepare your best dishes
Spacious and bright living and dining room, with direct access to the garden and equipped with satellite television (languages: Spanish, English, German), free Wi-Fi and electric radiator heating
In the exterior you will be able to enjoy:

Fenced plot ideal for families with children
