The villa has 4 rooms in total (the fourth bedroom is accessed through the exterior of the main house, going down some stairs) and 2 full bathrooms (one with a bathtub located in the main house and another with a shower located in the annex where the fourth bedroom is). The independent, modern and fully equipped kitchen includes oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary utensils. Air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, along with heat pump heating, ensure a pleasant climate in any season of the year.
