Outside, the spacious grounds include a private garden, a barbecue area, a 26 m² furnished terrace ideal for outdoor dining, and a private swimming pool to cool off on the warmest days. The property is fully fenced, making it ideal for families with children. It also has a parking space in the same building for one vehicle.
The modern and functional American kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and everything necessary to comfortably prepare meals: fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, crockery and kitchen utensils.
Among other amenities, the house has a fireplace, electric radiators, Wi-Fi internet, TV with satellite channels (Spanish, English, German), hairdryer and iron.
It is also located near supermarkets, restaurants, and train and bus stations.
It is recommended to rent a car to fully enjoy the surroundings and comfortably access nearby beaches and points of interest.
