Surrounded by native nature and lush trees, this estate offers a peaceful and well-maintained environment, ideal for disconnecting. Its round swimming pool, perfect for cooling off during the warmest summer days, is one of its main attractions.
The main facade of the house is framed by a wide terrace with a porch, where we find a long wooden table, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals with family or friends. It also has a cosy outdoor living room, ideal for relaxing, and a barbecue area fully equipped with a brick grill and fireplace, ready to prepare delicious outdoor dinners.
The interior, decorated in a traditional Mallorcan style, stands out for its exposed beam ceilings and the predominant use of wood, which provides warmth and character. The living-dining room has heating, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, creating a comfortable and familiar atmosphere.
The independent kitchen, also of rustic style, is equipped with gas stove, dishwasher and washing machine.
The rest area consists of three cosy bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with single beds. All of them are equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure maximum comfort at any time of the year.
The house has an interior bathroom with a bathtub and two washbasins, as well as a practical outdoor bathroom with a shower, ideal after a day at the pool or garden.
