Ca'n Valero is a fantastic estate for 12 people, close to the city of Palma.
The accommodation does not accept groups of teenagers or young people under 30 years old. Except for families with children.
With an extensive plot of land with vegetation, garden, private parking and swimming pool, it also has an elevated position, which provides privileged views of nature and the mountains.
It is located 6 km from the Mercadona supermarket,
6 km from the El Arenal bus station,
7 km from the sandy beach Playa Arenal,
8 km from Palma Airport PMI,
8 km from the Aqualand El Arenal water park,
8 km from the city of El Arenal,
12 km from the Son Gual Golf Course in Mallorca,
18 km from Palma train station and is located in an ideal area for children.
The dining room, very spacious and bright, is a classic style with shelves that dress the walls, a fireplace to warm the atmosphere, Sat TV and free WiFi.
Its modern kitchen has an island with a ceramic hob and all necessary appliances, including AC and heating. From here, access is gained to the barbecue house; an annexed room with a built-in barbecue, a large table, and stairs leading down to another games room where we find a billiard table and arcade machines.
With 6 bedrooms in total, 2 of them are located on the ground floor; both with a double bed, desk, and one with an ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity according to consumption. (0.36 Eur/kW)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
