Ses Comes is a charming rural estate located in the municipality of Manacor, in a quiet natural environment but just a few minutes from the city, which makes it the ideal place for a family or friends holiday.
The house, in a Mallorcan rustic style, offers all the necessary comfort for a cosy stay. Upon entering, a pleasant dining room welcomes us, which connects to a bright living room equipped with a comfortable sofa and satellite television. The kitchen, spacious and functional, has an additional table for meals and is fully equipped to prepare delicious homemade dishes.
The farm has capacity for 5 people and has 3 bright rooms: a single room, a room with two single beds, and a main bedroom with a double bed. It also has a full bathroom with a bathtub-shower and an additional toilet.
In the exterior, the estate offers a spacious and well-maintained area, with a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for relaxing under the Mallorcan sun. The covered porch with an outdoor dining area and barbecue invite you to enjoy dinners outdoors in a green and serene environment, with views of the countryside.
The property includes a parking space and is located very close to the centre of Manacor, where you will find supermarkets, shops and all the services necessary for a comfortable stay.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
