Accommodation of 120 m² comfortable and large, with views of the mountain and the garden.
It is located 1 km from the town of Lloret de Vistalegre,
1 km from the supermarket,
1 km from the restaurant,
31 km from the sandy beach of Can Pastilla,
35 km from the Son Vida Golf Course
and is located in an ideal zone for children and rural area.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with SAT TV, dining room with a fully equipped kitchen.
The American kitchen, electric, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, water heater and juicer. On the same floor a bedroom with a double bed of 135 x 190 (with Air Conditioning and Heat Pump).
We go up the stairs and upstairs are the other three bedrooms (2 have Air Conditioning and Heat Pump), 2 with single beds each and one with a double bed 150 x 190.
It has a garden, garden furniture, 30 m² terrace, barbecue, griddle, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning in some bedrooms, private swimming pool, outdoor parking in the same building, 1 Television, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German).
