The modern American kitchen is completely equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, perfect for enjoying meals at home. The living room-dining room offers a warm atmosphere thanks to its fireplace, and includes satellite television with channels in Spanish, English and German.
For greater comfort, the property has air conditioning and heat pump, safe, iron and internet access (WiFi). It also has an open-air car park with capacity for 4 vehicles.
Outside, Sa Pedrera is a true paradise: a 10x4 m saltwater pool, private garden, furnished 80 m² terrace and a barbecue area invite you to relax surrounded by nature and mountain views.
