Garrovera is a spectacular holiday villa located in the exclusive area of the Tramuntana Mountains, in the municipality of Pollença. Surrounded by nature you will discover what it is like to live in an intimate, free, untouched space full of life; a unique space amongst mountains with exuberant vegetation.
The property is mainly built using marés, the autochthonous stone of the island and the Majorcans favoured construction material. The marés conserves the perfect temperature inside the house during the day and at night. The first thing you'll fall in love with about the property is the splendid double swimming pool with waterfall in the garden with a chill out area, where you're surrounded by the amazing views as far as the eye can see. Cypresses, pines, olive trees, small palms and carob trees are just some of the many species that surround the property.
The first thing you see is an idyllic porch covered in vines. On the porch is a dining table that seats up to 8 people, great for outdoor dining. Surrounding the pool area are sunbeds and garden furniture to relax in, and even a designer Balinese bed in the chill out area. Once inside in the living room, you can appreciate the hardwood ceiling beams, and the furniture surrounding the chimney is also hardwood.
The sitting room has a comfortable sofa, a centre table, and two vintage authentic Majorcan rocking chairs; they’ve also preserved the original light wood and steel windows. Next to the sitting room is the rustic Majorcan style dining room, with authentic vintage furniture, for example the chandelier or the table that seats up to 8 people and its unique decoration; it’s also very light and airy.
The property has four bedrooms, two of which have comfortable double beds and the other two have two 0,90x2m beds; all the bedrooms are bright and spacious. One of the bedrooms with a double bed also has a terrace that looks out over the mountains.
Both bathrooms have been completely reformed, and have a large shower and an open air sink unit for storage. The kitchen has also been completely reformed in a very modern white colour scheme and has all the appliances you need to prepare your favourite recipes: a great house perfect for a relaxing and replenishing holiday.
